In studying three dozen peacemakers, I was particularly interested in exploring common themes in their biographies or philosophies. I discovered five such common themes or principles. It also became clear that these principles have been around since at least Greek antiquity. I, therefore, decided to use the Greek names in discussing them. The fifth, and most important principle, is the concept of "henosis," or oneness. The video below presents my own spine-tingling experience with henosis.
